I love this place so much. Like to the point my friends make fun of me about it. Every time I used to come back to my apartment, my old neighbors would ask me if I was coming back from Giant again. And most of the time they were right. Is this normal? Is it okay to enjoy going to the grocery store so much? I mean food is the way to my heart so it make sense I guess. Also by grocery store standards the dudes bathroom is incredible. It’s come in clutch for me so many times. Never had any issues with customer service, and the store is arraigned logically. The only things I struggle to find is vinegar (I can never remember if it’s classified as a condiment or a baking need) and for whatever reason food coloring is impossible for me to find.

The store is always clean. The people that work in the deli are so kind and helpful. All the staff are very helpful. Also want to thank the young man that makes the fresh sushi in the morning.

Store is always clean. It is my opinion that Giant sells a better selection of Fresh Fruits and vegetables than it's competitors. Giant always has the product (s), that I stopped to get. No substitutions. Shelves are always fully stocked. Customer service, no matter if it is the start of the day or end of the day, the customer service at this store is superb as I always see these young faces smiling and wanting to be of assistance. Prices are very competitive as well with Giant winning on some products and other stores selling the same price for a little less than Giant Food Stores. If you are in Kutztown visiting, over at the University, just a half mile away, you should definitely drop in at this store and grab up some fresh fruit.

I’m a frugal shopper so I enjoy taking advantage of weekly sales and coupon offers. Most of the time I shop at Kutztown Giant because the prices are just as good and often times cheaper than other grocery stores. I’d rather shop local than travel far just to save a dollar or two. I also like racking up those gas points that Giant offers. Kutztown Giant has most of the products that I need. I use self checkout because I like to bag things my way and be able to see my totals as I go along + add coupons at the end. Even with a full cart of groceries I can utilize the space in self checkout to comfortably bag everything. It’s a nice store.

I just wanted to thank the people working at the bakery dept. on Saturday morning 6/7/2025. They went out of their way to ensure I had my graduation cake in time for the party and to Colin who delivered it. I also told everyone at the party how pleased I was with the service and if they ever need a cake they should go there.😊 …

Very clean, organized, produce looks fresh, as well as the meat, poultry, and fish. They have self checkout. Great shopping experience.

This store is clean and well maintained. Selections are good. Prices aren't always the best, except for Giant brand which is competitive with other stores. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Overall I highly recommend this store.

Giant in Kutztown is a nice grocery store experience. I use the app and download the weekly coupons. All of the staff are pleasant and helpful. The store is very clean and organized. There is a good selection of organic products. The Giant Brand products are also good.

When given the choice. I would use Giant for all my food shopping needs. They have a large selection of vegetables, fruits and meats. I especially like their quality. The frozen food section goes on and on with many choices. I think Giant should be your first stop for the best foods.
